Role Description
As an Assistant Manager in the Partnerships and Growth department, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute partnership strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Interventions for New Users / Tier 2 / Gen Z:
- Plan and execute all site interventions targeting new users, Tier 2 markets, and Gen Z demographics.
- Develop commercial planning strategies, including focus days, gifts with purchase, and flash sales.
- Ensure alignment with brand, site, and design teams to maintain consistency across all interventions.
2. Commercial Planning:
- Develop and implement differential pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.
- Create custom landing pages and coupon journeys to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Track the performance of all site interventions and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
3. Product Feature Requirements for Customer Journeys:
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature requirements for different customer segments, including new users, Tier 2 markets, and Gen Z demographics.
- Optimize end-to-end customer journeys from sign-up to checkout, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
4. Mweb Conversion and Mweb to App:
- Identify opportunities to improve Mweb conversion rates and drive traffic from Mweb to the app.
- Implement sort logic interventions to enhance user experience and optimize product discovery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial planning, site interventions, and product feature optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
