The Assistant Manager, Other Technologies will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of technology solutions not covered by specific technology domains (e.g. mobile, Node.js, open source). The role will focus on ensuring the quality and performance of these solutions, managing projects, and providing technical support to users. Experience: 7 Years and minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Development : Oversee the development and maintenance of technology solutions, ensuring that they meet quality and performance standards.
• Project Management : Manage technology development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Technical Support : Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Problem Resolution : Lead the resolution of complex technical problems, working with team members and vendors as necessary.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that technology solutions are tested and reviewed for quality and performance, and that necessary changes are made to meet standards.
• Technology Planning : Plan and implement new technologies to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology development, with a focus on development and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in at least one technology platform or programming language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
