Job Description - Customer Care Executives

• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.
• Candidate must be graduate in any stream
• Handle direct customer queries through written channels (email, chat, mobile application)
• Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile -

Candidates with 6 months of sales experience in Banking & Financial Services can apply for the role.

Tele calling & Gold Loan background will be preferred.

Graduation is must.
