To increase Guest Memorable Experiences
To take Guest Feedbacks personally and update in System.
2. Operation Responsibilities:
Timely complete all F&B Services operation as per company standards
To Set Up Restaurant Outlet as per Company Standard.
To Take order from Guest and do upselling
To Serve the Guest order as per Service Standards
To Clear the Table as per standards.
To control cost by minimizing Breakage and spoilage.
3. Growth and Development Responsibilities:
To fill all forms and reports on time.
To Attend Training and Complete certification on time to increase efficiency and Quality.
