Head of Sales - Medical Care We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and develop our Head of Sales-Medical Care dedicated to enhancing patient care. As a business unit head, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our footprint in the healthcare sector by delivering high-quality, innovative products and services to healthcare facilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that hospitals have access to the essential supplies needed to provide exceptional patient care while driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive strategies for entering and expanding within the hospital supply market, identifying key opportunities and potential challenges. Business Expansion: Lead the expansion of our hospital supply business by identifying and targeting new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to identify and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of hospitals and healthcare providers. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use this information to refine business strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare organizations, including administrators, procurement managers, and clinicians. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to promote our hospital supply products and services, including attending industry conferences and trade shows. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with hospitals, healthcare systems, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to ensure favorable terms and conditions for our company. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to hospital supply products and ensure that our offerings comply with all applicable regulations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales and business development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical supply industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and growing business lines in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of hospital operations and supply chain management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and lead cross-functional teams. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Willingness to travel as needed.
