The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing resolutions to customer issues. This role involves responding to customer phone calls and emails, tracking customer interactions, and providing feedback to the team and. management. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and handling Customer Service issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work well in a team environment Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
