Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant at SCS located in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR including communicating with clients, hiring, interviewing, and training. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) skills, including knowledge of recruitment strategy and HR best practices Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively hire and interview candidates Training skills with ability to develop effective training programs Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field, or. equivalent experience Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems preferred Experience Experience of 1 year or more in any consultancy firm is required
