Hiring for HR Admin Location- Mhape Navi Mumbai Exp-4yrs-7yrs in Telecom Industry with admin Experience Candidate should be exp in Labour Law and Factory Law and Administration Experience it is work from office Looking for immediate joiner Responsibilities: Candidate has to handle admin work Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and applicable laws. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide guidance and support. to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee benefits. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Stay updated on changes to factory law and labor law regulations and ensure company compliance. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and practices are efficient and compliant
