Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of human resources, contributing to the overall success of our organization. This role involves a range of responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR operations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
1. Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
1. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
2. Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
HR Operations:
1. Manage HR processes such as benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Performance Management:
1. Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees and managers.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee development plans.
Training and Development:
1. Identify training needs and assist in coordinating relevant training programs.
2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Statutory and Compliance:
Knowledge of the compliance Policies and Legal requiremnets.
Handling Of the Statutory Portals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 to 4 yrs experience in HR Generalist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
