Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication. Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale. Performance Management: Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development. HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Labor laws and organizational objectives. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor and evaluate the. effectiveness of training initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: Work on compensation analysis and design competitive salary structures. Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics to generate insights and reports for management decisionmaking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. Compliance and Legal: Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention strategies. Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and talent management. Requirement Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on corporate HR functions. MBA or PGDM in HR discipline from a reputed college. Strong understanding of Labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
