Job Description

Title Associate Manager/ Senior Executive Website & Digital Platform Reports to Head of Marketing & Communications Location Anekal, Alliance University (On site). Responsibilities- 1. The Website & Digital Platforms manager will work closely with the Digital Lead to manage the digital web assets of Alliance Universities including website, app and event management platform 2. S/he will oversee publishing content on the website, designing pages and microsite, actively evaluating content across platforms. 3. S/he will co-ordinate across functions in the organization proactively to update content and ensure that the website remains current 4. S/he will need a working knowledge of CMS, website management tools and work with the IT team to implement required changes. 5. S/he will also need to be aware of web analytics, SEO and tagging to ensure website/apps are aligned to best practices 6. S/he will need to analyze the website from a user journey perspective and keep. optimizing the same 7. S/he will also take the lead in developing microsites and other pages as per templates 8. S/he will monitor website analytics and performance and be responsible for developing reporting frameworks 9. S/he will need to have a high degree of fluency in English 10. S/he will have a high degree of attention to detail Essential Qualification & Experience Educational & Technical Requirements: 1. masters in mass communication, Journalism and Content 2. Working understanding of CMS platforms 3. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Mandatory key skills - Working Knowledge of Drupal Process Wire, and WordPress CMS Additional Skills: English knowledge and proficiency Good understanding of social media KPIs Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network. Provide constructive feedback & review report on a timely manner. Adhere to rules and regulations of social media ethics. Excellent multitasking skills, Great team player. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good time-management skills Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Title Lead, Digital Media & Social Media Communication. Reports to Head of Marketing & Communications Location Anekal, Alliance University (On site). Social Media Marketing: Social Media Management. Expertise in managing social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and paid advertising etc. Develop relevant content topics for engagement with defined & diverse audience and groups for brand building & admission marketing for all social media platforms with a planned social media strategy, brand awareness, content creation, advertising and analytics. Analysing marketing campaign performances platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn to promote brands by posting promotional content and interacting with audience. To use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign performances and track specific metrics to make changes in the marketing strategies to gain more followers and increase customer engagement. To conducts audience research, monitors current trends and creates engaging social media posts to sustain the interest of their readers, audience and shares timely reviews and feedback with CMO & stakeholders. Digital Marketing: As a Lead for Digital Marketing practices s/he is responsible for maintaining a brands online presence and outreach by working on various marketing campaigns. It includes researching, strategizing with creating content for successful campaigns. Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Job Responsibilities: The candidate should have strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. S/he will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Educational & Technical Qualifications: An experienced candidates with at least 8-10 years of industry experience with prior experience of running Performance Marketing Campaign for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral students in Indian Universities. A masters program with technical understanding of data analytics, data mining and demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Technical Qualifications: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
