1. Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel. 2. Has to handle 5 - 10 Branches of a Channel Partners. 3. Monitor the day-to-day activity, planing & execution of banca team. 4. Building good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target. 5. Driving business through Branches in the Circle 6. Responsible for targets allocated to the Branches 7. Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications 8. Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets 9. Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market 10. Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries 11. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate 12. 2-10 years of Experience in Life Insurance. Industry; Having consistent performance with proven track records. 13. Team Management Skills 14. Well groomed, should have good communication skills 15. Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches 16. Should be able to deliver under pressure situations. 17. High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target
