Job Description

1. Analyzing accounts: Analyzing delinquent customer accounts and monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
2. Negotiating payment arrangements: Negotiating payment plans with customers and finding solutions to their debts
3. Ensuring payments are made on time: Ensuring payments are made as soon as possible and avoiding debt defaults
4. Protecting customer information: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and protecting customer information
5. Processing payments and refunds: Processing payments and refunds, and processing any refunds
6. Resolving billing and customer credit issues: Resolving billing and customer credit issues, and responding to customer queries
7. Instituting legal action: Instituting legal action when payments are not made
8. Working with lawyers and insurance agencies: Discussing with lawyers and insurance agencies
9. Attending inbound calls: Attending inbound calls and helping customers in dispute resolution, making payments, and sharing statements
