Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Administer performance management processes and provide support to managers.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries.
Keep abreast of HR best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement.
