: We, at Jet2 (UKs third largest airline and the largest tour operator), have established a state-of-the-art Technology and Innovation Centre in Pune, India as Jet2 Travel Technologies. Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an HR generalist professional with a robust background in HR Operations activities at a position of Assistant Manager HR Operations to manage the complete employee life cycle, reporting to the Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and able to work both independently and as a team manager as needed. Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including employee documentations, HR inductions, and background verifications. Probation and Confirmations: Overseeing the end-to-end process of probation and confirmation cycles, ensuring goals are set and evaluations are. conducted in a timely manner. Performance Appraisals: Managing the end-to-end appraisal process, including mid-year and year-end cycles, identifying employee lists for review, tracking completion, and issuing appraisal letters. Payroll: Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, preparing monthly payroll input files, exit interviews, exit formalities. Social Media Initiatives: Driving various branding initiatives with marketing team such as new joinee announcements, employee events and award posting and sharing new ideas to support the awareness. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs. Rewards and Recognition Programs: Conducting quarterly and yearly employee R&R programs. Employee Queries: Monitoring and responding to all levels of employee queries through various HR helpdesk tools. HR Systems Update: Updating various HR systems with various employee info and drive various automation initiatives along with Senior HR Manager. HR Reports: Preparing various HR reports, including employee MIS, salary reports, exit reports, rewards payout, leave-attendance reports, and HR helpdesk reports. Disciplinary Discussion & Eemployee grievances: Managing required disciplinary discussion and handle employee grievances. Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications: Minimum 7 to 9 years of HR Generalist HR Operations activities. Bachelors / Masters degree in a related field (Human Resources). Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced Excel formulas and automation. Ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels of the company. Strong attention to detail to ensure meticulous handling of HR processes and adherence to compliance standards. Experience interacting with senior leadership teams. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRMS systems. Tech-savvy with automation skills to simplify HR process deliverables while maintaining desired outcomes and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong prioritization and project management skills. Familiarity with HR databases. Enthusiastic and passionate about HR processes. High ownership and self-driven approach. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Willingness to excel in a fast-paced international company culture.
