Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals responsible for a specific functional area such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations or financial reporting. Coaching to team members. Oversee day-to-day operations of the team. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards within the team. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 4-7 years of experience in accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams, driving performance, and achieving. results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, peers, and senior management
