Job Description

Close coordination with Internal stakeholders to understand the purchase requirements
Conduct primary/secondary research to find vendors specific to the material to be procured
Efficiently communicate the requirements to the vendors and arrange to receive samples from them
Receive price quotes from different suppliers and summarize them for a quick evaluation and analysis
Arrange to release Purchase orders to the vendors and follow-up on the delivery timelines
Prepare a vendor master list for procurement of different items
