Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to oversee the deployment and integration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored for the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both construction project management and ERP systems, with the ability to analyze business processes, configure software solutions, and lead implementation projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes within the construction company to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, finance teams, and IT personnel, to understand business requirements and goals. Research, evaluate, and recommend ERP software solutions that align with the specific needs and workflows of the construction industry. Customize and configure ERP software modules to meet the unique requirements of construction. projects, including but not limited to project costing, resource management, procurement, and scheduling. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and budgets, and communicate expectations with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to supplement expertise and resources during the implementation process. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the implementation on track. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of the ERP system and identify opportunities for further optimization. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in construction project management and ERP systems to continuously improve processes and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, preferably within the context of ERP system implementation. Strong understanding of construction industry processes, including project planning, cost management, procurement, and subcontractor management. Proficiency in ERP software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement in construction project management processes
