Key Responsibilities:

• Design and update housekeeping training programs.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure training adheres to cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Train staff on health and safety regulations.
• Manage training materials, supplies, and equipment within budget.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management for training needs and scheduling.
• Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Hospitality/Training preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping; teaching or training experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
