Job Description
Qualifications & Skills:
a) B.Tech (Civil) + PhDb) 20 Years in Construction Management Urban Service Delivery (Water Supply Sewerage/Drainage) Project
c) Experience in World Bank/ADB/AIIB contract conditions is must
d) Should be fluent in English and Telugu
Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for overall management and administration of the project components during design and construction;
b) Advice on procurement and bidding process;
c) Construction supervision, quality monitoring, contract management;
d) Establishment of Construction Management and Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting System:
e) Assist in resolving contractual issue during implementation:
f) Preparation of Progress as well as Project Completion Report:
g) Scheduling and ensuring timely mobilization/demobilization of manpower
