Job Roles and Responsibilities Business Development Executive Business Development Responsibilities for US Market: A business development professional has three primary responsibilities: Identifying new sources in the USA for procurement of products. Pitching products. Maintaining good relationships and rapport with existing Vendors/Sellers. When it comes to identifying sources for products, day-to-day duties typically include: Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new sources. Contacting potential Vendors/Sellers via Email, Skype or phone to establish rapport and set up virtual meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Attending conferences/meetings and industry events virtually. When it comes to the challenges of sales performance of products, other typical duties include: Preparing presentations and reports. Contacting vendors/sellers for obtaining updated/latest catalogs of products and about new. developments in their products. Developing quotes and proposals. Negotiating with vendors/sellers for promotion and discounts/reduction in pricing of products by phone, emails and through Virtual meetings. Monitoring sales performance on a regular basis of vendors/sellers and carrying out detailed analysis of sales. Key Competencies- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Advance excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot table & Charts). Ability to automate manual processes. Excellent Computer Application skills. Excellent analytical skills. Management Trainee Duration 4 Months Stipend During the Management Training Period INR 15,500/- per month Salary Package/CTC - On successful completion of the 4-month management trainee period the salary package will be CTC INR 4 lacs per annum for MBA qualified candidates and CTC of INR 3.5 Lacs per annum for BBA/B Tech qualified candidates.
