As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our healthcare digital and physical products. This is a unique opportunity to become a co-owner and contribute to the growth and success of the company. Responsibilities Collaborate with the founding team to define the product vision and roadmap. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Drive innovation by designing and developing. cutting-edge healthcare products. Manage the product development team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Ensure product quality, usability, and scalability through effective testing and iteration. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology. Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance product offerings. Support fundraising efforts by showcasing the product's potential and value proposition. Requirements Extensive experience in building healthcare digital and physical products. Proven track record of successfully managing product development from ideation to commercialization. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and standards. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. Prior experience in a leadership or co-founder role is highly desirable
