Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts & Admin Assistant at Genius Technology located in Bangalore Urban. The Accounts & Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling various administrative and financial tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support. Qualifications Preferred work experience as an Accounts & Admin Assistant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is. preferred Note: No negative characteristics or offensive words targeting race, ethnicity, or religion are present in the job description
