Job description: Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Writing code to automate API-driven tasks at scale. Contributing to automation via coding or exploring ideas during day to day task. Architect and implement automations to auto-remediate/self-heal issues in production. You will participate in SRE software engineering, writing code for the continuing reduction of human intervention in operational tasks and automation of processes. Cross Functional coordination with other Teams like Customer Support, Database, Networking and InfoSec. Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: Minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience in Cloud Technology and Infrastructure related areas, or a related field, IT operations, with a track record of success in leading technology infrastructure operations- Infrastructure domain is mandate, who can develop automation process actively DevOps Engineer with experience in troubleshooting Linux systems, networking, monitoring, containers/Kubernetes, cloud. technologies, etc. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Having experience of core DevOps and SRE technologies like: Ansible Python-Mandatory Docker Kubernetes, Helm Jenkins GIT IaaC via Terraform Experience with Agile development and methodologies and hands on experience of developing automations. Good understanding of Linux systems and Bash scripting. Good communication skills, with the ability to optimally communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical partners. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, OCI and GCP. Professional certifications related to automation Technologies or related field are a plus
