Identify and assess novel business prospects, encompassing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, to enrich our sports portfolio. Nurture enduring relationships with key stakeholders, spanning sports organizations, regulatory bodies, sponsors, and influential figures within the industry. Actively engage in and contribute to contract negotiations. ensuring advantageous terms and fostering mutually beneficial agreements. Foster seamless collaboration across departments to devise customized solutions and deliver unparalleled value to our clientele. Remain abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements to drive strategic decision-making and uphold our competitive advantage. Monitor and leverage government-led sports initiatives to align with organizational objectives and optimize implementation strategies. Oversee the planning and execution of diverse sports events, ranging from local interschool competitions to international tournaments, with adept understanding of requisite roles and responsibilities. Craft innovative marketing strategies tailored to sports events, academies, and related initiatives to maximize outreach and engagement
