Job Description

: 1. LIFE INSURANCE exp is MUST 2. Should have excellent knowledge in Life Insurance Domain. 3. New business, underwriting, policy servicing, claims, BRD , BRS, business analysis, life insurance, integration, API 4. To be responsible for delivering life insurance domain/platforms/process related change and transformation projects as per the set time and schedule and with exemplary quality outcomes 5. Understanding client business requirements and problem statements - Delivering projects in areas spanning operations transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation, insurance platforms, Insurtechs and so on. 6. Establishing and building key relationships with. internal and external stakeholders. 7. Conducting detailed analysis of current state and identification and listing of gaps. 8. Creating strong Point of Views on relevant and emerging trends in the industry. 9. Driving workshops, discussions and synthesizing insights and recommendations. 9. Robust communication and collaborative skills, and the ability to be flexible and responsive to changing scenarios and needs. Should be able to make powerful personal impacts in the outcomes that you deliver. 10. Need to engage independently with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate throughout the project period to deliver the outcomes. 11. Should have basic knowledge in writing SQL queries
