We are looking for Application Support professionals to be part of our team here at Fiserv.

Below is the job description:

What does a successful Application Support Advisor do at FISERV ?

This position is an exciting opportunity to work on operational excellence in the area of technology operation support group, resolving technical queries and issues. demonstrate a strong technical expertise in Payment domain technology, Trouble shooting and workflow processes.

What will you do:

• Work with Technology Operations Support group handing Incident resolutions, application performance and workflow processes.
• MIS reporting and tracking SLA/KPIs.
• Coordination with Development teams for Bug fixes & enhancements.
• Work on functionality handovers, SOPs etc.

What will you need to know:

• Domain - Expertise in payment technology including Cards, ECOM and LPM like UPI. this shall include authentication, authorization, reconciliation, clearing and settlement.
• Tech Skills - Java, Web and App servers, SQL, monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, other tools - ServiceNow, JIRA
