8)Reporting to Office is mandatory and your attendance will be counted based on your reporting to Office as well as the sites.
9)Site tracker is compulsory and it needs proper filling up of details with client signature. This should be submitted on a daily basis.
10)To conduct regular training sessions to Supervisors, Housekeepers and maintain training calendar with Plan of Action
11)All location should have Daily Housekeeping check sheets and supervisors to check the cleaning process on a daily basis.
12)Responsible for enforcing discipline at the client premises. 13)New employee data sheet duly filled along with their payable salary (as per company policy), Employee attendance report, etc., to be sent to HR /Accounts in time. Any delay in the processing of salary is you are held responsible.
14)Bank account creation for the employees under Prime Minister Scheme.
15)On a daily basis report your activities to your head of the department and maintain the site visit report.
