Job Description
- Build and leverage relationships with internal business partners, corporate enablers, and external partners to deliver technology solutions
- Understand the business process areas assigned and become a subject matter expert in the day to day operations and activities of those areas of responsibility
- Provide insights and recommendations from analysis and speak to impacts on the business
- Manages small to large software/process implementation projects using Companys project management methodology
- Prepare and deliver communications to various audiences including business and IT leadership
- Utilize an analytical framework leveraging industry research and best practices
- Be a subject matter expert on area of expertise including best practices and technology trends
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirement:
- Must have at least 7+ years of Oracle application experience in modules related to the business process area.
- 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following modules: Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, ChRM, Work in Process, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, iSupplier, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger & Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Global Order Promising.
- 7+ years of experience required in technical development using Oracle PL/SQL , Oracle Workflows forms, XML Publisher report and Oracle Application Framework program development in complex application environment.
- Experience with Advanced PL/SQL and performance analysis & tuning preferred
- 5+ years of Support, Development and implementation Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Must have Support, implementation or Development experience in Oracle EBS R12 (12.2.4 preferred)
- Needs to be comfortable in understanding and going through complex PL/SQL code, XML reports.
- Needs to be proficient in working with Oracle Support (raising SRs, escalating SRs etc.)
- Experience in functional and regression testing
- Experience in SOA or other Integration platform, UC4 preferred
- Self-motivated, internally driven
- Ability to analyze problems and create related solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within the guidelines of a project management framework
