About the role As Healthcare (Payer) Capabilities Lead Analytics Consulting, you will be responsible for understanding, articulating, and showcasing Tiger Analytics capabilities in solving complex business problems across the Healthcare Analytics Ecosystem Data, AI, ML, Visualization. In doing so, being part of the Consulting team focused on Insurance capability development, you will collaborate with. your colleagues working on different client programs, as well as technical teams comprising of Data Science & Engineering SMEs. You will support initiatives to create impactful solution documents and point of views for Healthcare Analytics use cases. You will contribute to project delivery where extensive domain knowledge is required. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following: Conduct interviews with project teams to understand high impact problems that are being solved through AI based solutions Identify the solutions that can be developed as repeatable analytics approach for other clients Translate the solution understanding to create solution definition documents with a clear articulation of the offering and the value proposition Design a plan to develop solutions demo/prototypes in collaboration with SMEs in Data Science & Engineering Provide delivery support to Data Science/Data Engineering teams as the Healthcare Domain SME Support the plan execution by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities Collaborate with the Business Development team for creating solutions, PoVs for RFP responses Contribute to organization building through domain training material development Required Skills, Competencies & Experience In depth understanding of US Healthcare Payer domain, specifically in one or more of the following areas strong understanding of how analytics is used in decision making across Clinical Management, Provider Management, Value Based Care etc. strong understanding of medical coding process and medical coding categories (ICD/CPT/Rx etc.) strong understanding of various healthcare plans & functions Medicare, Medicaid, HEDIS/STARs Rating etc. Knowledge of DS / ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statement Ability to design analytics solution consisting of multiple Data Science and Engineering components Ability to create impactful presentations leveraging the appropriate frameworks for presenting information Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered Excellent presentation and communication skills 8+ years of experience in analytics consulting & delivery AHM 250 certification preferred MBA from reputed institute preferred Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience.
