Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for key personnel.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
