Job Title: Projects Manager Company Website: https://www.bbcollective.co/ Responsibilities: Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget, and the required standard. Managing suppliers, designers, and fit-out contractors. Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement, and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule. Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts, and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand. Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ, and estimates. Resolving site-related queries. Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects. Requirements: Should have a total of 5 years of experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision Should have a minimum of 5 years" retail fit-out experience Must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an. accredited university Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, etc) Professional body membership.
