Oversee HR activities for over 200 employees across unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled qualifications Source candidates through recruitment agencies and online portals on job vacancies at the companys manufacturing facilities Shortlist CVs and conduct first-round interviews of candidates Maintain employee documentation across lifecycle from joining to F&F Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll Coordinate with internal teams to organize training programs for new employees Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting performance targets Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English Total experience: 10+ years with min. 4-5yrs in a manufacturing company
