Location: Mumbai/Kolkata/Bangalore

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary:

End-to-end ownership of business outcomes for LDH in your city/ region.
Lead a team of Area Managers and Patient Counsellors who will generate business from Cardiologists and patient
leads.
Develop and/or Improve LDHs relationships with cardiologists. Establish the need for, and efficacy of LDHs DTx
programme. Address any concerns that cardiologists may have
Ensure generation of patient leads and converting those leads into subscriptions of the programme from patients.
Periodically review performance of team members. Develop and deploy action plans to improve performance.
Build salience for Lupin Digital Health amongst cardiologist and patient community in your region.
