Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM and IBM Tools (Endevor, File Manager, Fault Analyser, Debugger) Good exposure to all phases of SDLC including Requirement Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development and Deployment Excellent communication skills Ability to collaborate with different teams Should have very good analytical and problem-solving skills Should be able to work independently Able to guide junior developers Health Insurance Claims experience is mandatory Responsibilities Understand the business requirements, analyse them and get required clarity Performing Impact analysis Create Estimation Creating technical design .
