Job Description

• P D Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre is looking for Clinical Assistant/Associate- Cardiology to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Assistant/Associate to join our Cardiology department
• The successful candidate will provide essential support to our team of cardiologists in delivering high-quality patient care
• This role involves assisting in patient examinations, performing routine procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the cardiology clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiologists during patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Obtain and record patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information
• Perform basic diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests, and echocardiograms, under the supervision of cardiologists
• Provide patient education on cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in cardiology practice and technology
• Assist with research projects and clinical trials as needed
