Job Description
- As a Lead Software Developer, You will be responsible for programming feature and or a small feature set
- You will contribute and work with direction from the Senior Team Members but works independently
- You will be implementing solutions that are aligned with & extend shared platform solutions
As a Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing high performing, scaling and innovative end-to-end web applications
- Writing codes that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Understanding performance parameters and assess application performance
- Working on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a graduate with 12 plus years experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java 8 and Spring Boot.
- Be proficient in RESTful API development and integration.
- Have strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Have experience with version control using Git.
- BE familiar with Linux operating systems.
- Have solid understanding and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
