Job Description

Responsible for end to end recruitment involved in full recruitment cycle across all levels and various skills portal, social media sites like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
Tracking Key Critical vacant roles and timely availability of talent
Follow-ups with the offered candidates up to joining for any assistance or queries
Responsible for end to end recruitment process of in house.
Initiating Manpower sourcing after collecting Manpower request from the concerned department
Sourcing resumes through job portals, referrals, Head hunting, consultants and also through paper ads
Organizing interview based on short listing from the concerned department
