Technical Skills :
Candidate should have relevant experience in new client acquisition.
Should be capable of new business development, client servicing and sales.
Need to have relevant experience in printing industry - commercial printing
Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a large print organization preferably into commercial printing.
Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a marketing services/BTL agency
Should be well versed with MS-Windows, ERP and other relevant software
Key Responsibilities : Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
To provide complete branding solutions to corporate clientele through Commercial printing
New Client Acquisition & Lead generation
Motivating the current team to achieve the set target.
Identify Customer needs and service newly acquired clients to tap full potential
Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight
Ensure smooth execution from production to payment received. Making sure the order is delivered as committed
Exceed Customer Expectations & Satisfaction. To collect customer feedback on every order & escalate up-line in case of any complaints
Requirements:Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
