Job Description

The Role: We're on the lookout for an Assistant Product Manager to enhance our product team of Digital Construction Innovators. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital construction applications by working closely with our Engineers/Architects and directly under the guidance of the Product Owner. You'll be pivotal in analysing requirements, orchestrating feature development, and ensuring our solutions resonate with the needs of the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyse business/site processes to identify improvement areas and generate comprehensive requirement backlogs. Conduct detailed requirements and gap analysis to understand and document user needs. Facilitate discussions and presentations to disseminate findings and brainstorm new ideas. Seamlessly integrate feature requests into the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision. Effectively groom and prioritise the product backlog to guide the. development team's efforts. Craft acceptance tests for new features, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards. Coordinate the planning of product releases and upgrades, maintaining our commitment to innovation. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any application-related issues to maintain momentum. . Employ feedback and insights to refine our Agile methodologies, enhancing team efficiency Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure VisiLean remains at the forefront of digital construction technology. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management, providing clear insights and plans. Lead project management efforts, from planning to performance monitoring, to ensure successful delivery. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated analytical prowess and the ability to translate complex construction concepts for diverse audiences. Proven experience in team collaboration and fostering a positive work environment. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. A solid foundation in project planning and scheduling. In-depth knowledge of Lean Construction and BIM methodologies. Proficiency in creating detailed reports and delivering impactful presentations. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
