Position: Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive - Inbound / Outbound Travel Sales. Experience: 4 12 Years Qualification: Any graduate CTC: 3 7 lakhs (based on experience & Knowledge) No. of Openings: 40 TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONSa multi-award-winning fasted growing Destination Management Company, HQ in Dwarka Delhi is looking for an experienced Asst. Managers/ Sr. Executives for Inbound/ Outbound Travel Sales role. This is a combination role and will suit those who are passionate and can apply their creative talent and innovative mind to effectively manage and deliver great sales and operational results. Reporting to the Global Director Sales and Marketing and the Managing Director eventually be part of a large international sales team. The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of travel sales (Holiday Package sales), business development and must have previously managed overseas agents and FTOs. (Mandatory) About the role: As an Inbound or Outbound Salesperson, you will be. responsible for creating holiday booking quotes, costing, sales etc. Creating the end-to-end tailor-made Itinerary. Negotiation with hotels and contracting. Maintaining good relations with Agents and suppliers. Maintaining customer relations as well as developing relationships with a variety of travel agency brands. Promoting our vast range of products (Inbound/ Outbound). Job Requirements: Candidate must be from travel industry only. A Diploma or degree in Business or Tourism Management. Minimum 4-12 years experience within the travel industry B2B market working with Travel Agents and FTOs. (Mandatory) Sales and Customer Service Oriented/Sales & Operations Superstar. An eye for detailing and customer experience-driven approach. For the Inbound team, you must have Knowledge of the destination India, Nepal, and Bhutan. For the Outbound team, it's an advantage if you have knowledge of at least one destination we promote (Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Turkey, Morocco, Mauritius, Seychelles, Myanmar, Azerbaijan) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Negotiation, Contracting and Interpersonal skills. Cross-Cultural Exposure and behavioural skills. A creative flair and high attention to detail.
