Roles & Responsibilities:

• A Gynecology Assistant Professor in a medical college plays a vital role in educating and training medical students in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics.
• The position involves a combination of teaching, research, and clinical responsibilities.
• Conducting lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
• Developing and updating the gynecology curriculum to ensure it aligns with current medical standards and advances.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to students, including supervising their research projects and clinical rotations.
• Providing clinical care and medical services to patients in the gynaecology department.
• Diagnosing and treating various gynaecological conditions and disorders.
• Assisting with surgeries, including obstetric and gynaecological procedures.
• Supervising and training residents and interns during clinical rotations.
• Conducting research in gynaecology and publishing scholarly articles in reputable medical journals.
• Participating in medical conferences and presenting research findings.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to ongoing research projects.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of gynaecology.
