Reward Analyst required in an Educational Group (Work Location is Hyderabad) The Group is headquartered in London. The Selected Candidate will be reporting to the Head Office team in London and working as per UK time zone. The selected candidate will be working from the India HQ Office in Hyderabad. Role - Responsible for supporting the Group Reward team in implementing the reward processes, frameworks, and policies, Ensuring they are administered effectively. This position is critical in supporting the delivery of Reward operational activities by providing Reward and Data analytics expertise. This role requires the candidate to work with teams across the Globe, hence the candidate should be willing to work in different zones as per requirement. Job Responsibilities - Provide market insights, collate and interpret market data to provide analysis of market movement Provide statistical analysis, data modelling and cost analysis to inform business decisions as and when. required Responsible for Reward data integrity, raising data quality issues identified from analysis Liaising with the HRIS team to resolve issues Co-ordinate the data submission across the relevant markets, liaising with the survey provider and the local HR teams Support the Group HR team to provide benchmarking data to the business Work with the Group and Regional HR teams to calculate compensation payments Create and maintain reward materials and resources Support the design and execution of Reward Projects Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience MBA - HRPrevious experience in Reward Management, ideally within a global company High level of numeracy and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple countries/cultures Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize efficiently Advanced level Microsoft Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in salary bench-marking (preferably MERCER / WTW) Project Management exposure Note - Candidates should have relevant experience in Similar Role, working experience on Mercer.
