Project Role Description :
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary:Review and integrate all sort Linux OS administration, and Azure cloud, application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical operational requirements. Provide support to hardware, Operating system, system software and security.
Project Role:Senior Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to single/multiple/shared clients using a variety of hardware and software products.
  • Analyze and understand clients' needs and expectations, as well as alternative architectures and trends.
  • Understand and troubleshoot the technical areas as needed.
  • 24/7/365 - support is mandatory.
  • Technical teams to gather relevant information to facilitate architectural requirements definitions.
  • Takes responsibility to lead small to medium scale design projects, interfacing with project managers.
  • Establish, explain, and validate the solution testing criteria for projects.
  • Design services in accordance with Accenture standards and vendor best practices
  • Remain current on vendor best practices as it relates to the interlinking of technologies (Windows, VMware, Storage platforms)
  • Provide expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, and maintenance patching and new version installation
  • Develop and maintain standard templates for repeatable build outs.
  • Work with vendors and drive them to help us meet our service level obligations.
  • Plan and implement small to medium scale changes on production systems
  • Analyze and assess the impact and risk of small to medium risk changes on production systems.
  • Install, configure, patch and maintain appropriate technologies (e.g., servers/databases/network/ storage)
  • Design and assist small to medium scale disaster recovery tests.
  • Create and review technical system recovery plans
  • Demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
  • At more senior levels, perform major upgrades of systems and associated products.
  • At more senior levels, act as technical lead for one or more small to medium scale clientsProfessional & Technical Skills:
  • Must Have Skills:Red Hat OS Administration and Azure Cloud knowledge.
  • Good To Have Skills:Linux Operations, Shell scripting, Ansible and VMware
  • Good Knowledge and hands on experience with Advanced Linux Administration, Handling Linux Files Permission File systems management, Account Management, Performance Monitoring, Backup by Linux native tools and Logical Volume Management
  • Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check
  • Should have 60 months of Linux Server Admin Experience must have been gained in a production environment Professional.
  • Must have End to end Linux OS administration skills as L2+ Additional Information:
  • Good communication skills and ready for 24 x 7 rotational shifts
