Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

New Business Development with New & Existing Customers:

• Acquiring RFQs
• Coordinating for New Product Developments.
• Pricing, Preparing Quotations, and participation in price negotiations.
• Participate in the Technical and Commercial discussions w.r.t testing, design changes, costing, packaging, and freight of the product.
• Coordination for cost reduction, VAVE Implementations.

Program Management:

• APQP and Project Management.
• Flawless Execution of Program SOP + 3 Months.
• Meeting QCD Targets and on-time project delivery.
• Maintain Project Tracker and review meetings with customer/plant.
• Maintain and Track program Budget, cost, design changes etc.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Vendor Ratings of Customers (Quarterly/Monthly).
• Program Status Review (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).
• Sharing of Program Status to CFT.
• Monitoring and Reporting to SOB.
• Competitor Information covering prices and their activities.
• MIS / MOR Reporting.

CRM:

• Visits to customers & strengthening the relationships.
• Monitor Group Level CRM and input all concern customer information.

Budgeting:

• Prepare Sales Budget for the Company
• CPC
