: Azure Monitoring and Automation includes the following technical areas: Azure Automation Azure Log Analytics Azure Monitor Alerts and Essentials Azure Application Insight Qualifications and Experience: 4 years of experience in systems deployment admin, network operations, software support, Cloud or IT Consulting. Required Skills: Strong knowledge on Windows & Linux OS, Client Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services, Azure, Azure Active Directory, Azure Automation Runbook Management, PowerShell, TCP IP and HTTP. Preferred: Strong Linux & Windows OS Knowledge, Linux & Windows. Update Patching Management. Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus System Administration Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems Windows and Linux: Event Logs Syslogs Analysis Patch and Security Update Management Performance analysis using built in performance counters Network connectivity for both private and public networks Conceptual knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Security, and Access Control Automating Operating System tasks through the use of Powershell scripting Good Communication Skills - spoken and written English. Recent work experience in a customer facing role Strong problem-solving skills, includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment decision making ability. 24*7 support model, rotational shifts, Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.
