Description Droisys is seeking Project Manager job offering onsite work for a long term job opportunity in Noida, IN What Were Looking For Droisys is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Noida, IN Note : Fintech experience is will be preferred. . What You Will do Lead a team of Software Engineers, provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and peers. Advocate for continuous innovation and challenge existing implementations. Measure the impact of your teams and set clear goals and expectations. Collaborate with product, project & design teams in the planning and prioritization of work. Partner with leadership to influence and drive technical vision and product roadmap. Who You Are Experienced and highly technical people manager with proven ability to build strong team cultures based on mutual respect and empathy. Empathetic and have a growth mindset with a desire to learn and embrace challenges. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams. You could be a great fit if you have: Key skills: Have proven track record 12+ Years IT Experience with 6+ years as a project manager . 3+ years of comparable experience in financial services and technology including start-up and go-to-market experience. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred Any Certification CSM, PMP is preferred. Should have experience track, report and analyse team productivity mapped to assigned task Should have hands-on knowledge for JIRA, Confluence project management tools, Aha.io tool knowledge preferred. Proven success defining and launching software products from concept to scale in market using Agile methodology Experience gathering customer / marketplace trends to help define product strategy Outstanding analytical, project/program management, and problem-solving Strong relationship building and business partnership skills, and can build credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders Experience building and leading teams to deliver products through all stages. You know how the financial services industry works and are well versed in the regulations, competitive landscape, technology and current trends. You are experienced developing financial services products, platforms, and services, launched them quickly, and driven market adoption You effectively execute key prioritized deliverables using agile (Scrum/XP) frameworks. You take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered
