Job Description

Supporting the Sales Team:

• Schedule appointments and meetings for sales reps
• Maintain and update sales materials and presentations
• Research and compile customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic issues
• Help process sales orders and ensure accuracy

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain organized sales records and databases
• Generate reports on sales performance and trends
• Prepare and distribute sales reports to management
• Manage sales-related documents and contracts
• Order sales equipment and supplies

Communication and Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other departments like marketing and customer service
• Facilitate communication between sales reps and customers
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer concerns
• Liaise between sales reps and management
