We are seeking a highly motivated Country Team Leader who is prepared to take on accountability for key operational metrics in driver acquisition and guide a team of experienced DA Specialists in a dynamic Indian market. Applicants should be able to confirm a successful record in project management and show strong leadership & analytical skills, strategic thinking & result-oriented mindset. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project/team management. Conduct strategic planning for department operations in India & align them with company goals; Conduct budget planning & maintain resources under the general guidance of the Regional Team Leader; Maintain effective leadership and guidance to acquisition teams located around the country to ensure their successful performance, and achievement of their goals, targets & KPIs across the country; Maintain existing projects & initiate new ones, which includes being able to find and assess solutions that might help the team achieve its goals more effectively; Initiate research & surveys. Analyze research findings to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actionable strategies; Collaborate closely with business development and marketing departments to develop and refine existing processes; Plan and execute effective strategies for launching new cities, considering market dynamics, target audience, and operational requirements; Continuously assess and improve results in already launched cities by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective measures; Present new ideas with full analysis, including planning of resources, implementation steps, goals & KPIs. What we expect from you: Exceptional people management skills to effectively lead, motivate, and inspire individuals and teams; Exemplified experience in managing, assessing, and developing a team of 10+ direct employees; Proven experience driving teams to complete short-term & long-term KPIs; Prepare to show strong analytical skills required to define project goals, develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks; Ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and achieve measurable business outcomes; Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement; Understanding the process of defining customer needs and preferences, and how to leverage that knowledge to develop and execute initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty; Superior level of autonomy, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation and taking initiative to drive projects forward; Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
