Installing and Troubleshooting Windows 8 and 10 Operating Systems.
Knowledge on Windows file sharing.
Maintaining the Windows OS Patch updates.
Antivirus Software and Updates.
Software installation and Troubleshooting (MS office, Adobe Software, Skype, Outlook mail)
Hardware Installation and troubleshooting (Printer, Headphone, CCTV Camera, Projector etc.)
Network installation and Trouble Shooting (IP address, Physical Network cabling, Ethernet card)
Knowledge in File Backup.
Knowledge in Network Device (Wi-Fi Router, Switches)
